Their staff were surprisingly gracious. Their staff were surprisingly gracious, which is what gave this review another star.  

What brought it down was the fact that the seats seem to be angled in a weird way, which gave me a neck ache by the time I was out of there.  The movie lasted 1-1/2 hours, and that's a long time to be in pain.  

Parking was convenient, just across he street is the Mission Street garage and that was a huge plus too.

Downtown destination for first-run films features modern interiors, comfy chairs and premium munchies.. In Short
Located on the Westfield shopping complex's top floor, this nine-screen theater beckons patrons with stadium seating and an expansive concessions area complete with a cafe-style dining space and treats like kettle corn, Starbucks coffee, Dreyer's ice cream and a well-stocked candy bar. Those in the know score discounted admission by catching daytime shows and bypass the lines by prepurchasing and printing tickets from self-service kiosks just inside the Bloomingdales entrance on the street level.
