I was looking to purchase a LV bag and I chose this store for convenience. I have just purchased a Gucci bag at Gucci San Francisco store. Read my reviews for this store. My first visit to the LV store was all right, but the selection was a little bit limited. I went a second time into this store looking for a LV bag I saw in the company's website. The sales associate didn’t seem friendly but a little aloof. I described the bag I was looking for since I couldn't remember its name. He was not helpful. He said they didn't have it. I asked if he had a catalog and he pulled one to later tell me that the best thing would be for me to look into the company's website and get the name. He neither offered to look for the bag in LV catalog nor to look into the company's website. I was so upset and thanked him and left the store. Purchasing luxury is not only buying a great product, but also having a great customer service experience. I also visited the Dior store. The young lady there was so nice and helpful. Unfortunately the bag I fell in love was too big for me. I give Dior's customer service thumbs up and LV thumbs down! Maybe if I would’ve walked with my Gucci bag into the LV store I would’ve received better customer service. I have a word of caution for any luxury store manager that is reading this review. I am a professional Latina working in the financial industry. Treat all your customers with the same level of service as you provide to your Japanese clientele who is well known to spend big on luxury items.
Pros: A large variety of luxury products
Cons: Not the best customer service
