Tips for Holiday Inn San Francisco-Civic Center

1.0
May 05, 2007

Avoid business travel at this hotel at all costs. One of my co-workers was trying save some $ and reserved at this Holiday Inn. They tried charging his card for the full week in advance, even though there's a corporate account. I tried calling the front desk for 15 minutes solid and then finally called back and asked for the manager. Ten minutes later, they wouldn't take my card over the phone (Hello, its a Saturday night at 9pm, I'm at a friends house in another state) and they want to fax me a form and for me to fax back a picture ID with my credit card number? Whatever. Stay at a real hotel.
