With an eclectic selection of high-end, but ever-so-unusual European and Asian designers, this shop holds most appeal for those fashion-conscious women who seek pieces for their collection, rather than mere clothes. Instead of the season's trendy looks, offerings here exhibit fine tailoring enhanced with unexpected fabrics and artistic details. A gargantuan desk in place of a checkout counter and hats poised on pedestals add to the gallery-like atmosphere.

A Hidden Gem on Maiden Lane!. Don't be put off by it's second floor location, you simply must venture up and browse through this gorgeous sunlit and oh so chic boutique where you'll find a treasure trove of european and asian designers that are nearly impossible to find anywhere else. You pay designer prices of course, but you are assured not to walk out of the store looking like every other cookie cutter fashionista on the block. From young and hip French designers like Marithé et François Girbaud, to the architectural masterpieces of Finnish designer Ilona Pelli and the purely artistic pieces of Mashiah, there is something for every discerning and fashionable woman and it is always a treat to explore. On top of all this, the staff there are delightful and not at all like the regular snooty sales people one frequently comes across in these types of high-end stores. I will definitely be coming back for more soon!
