okay salon.
I didnt realize curling hair and putting literally 3 bobby pins in was considered an updo. I was quoted 50 on the phone, made my appointment, had the service and was then charged $75. Yes, my hair looked good but for walking in, not having them wash and dry my hair, curling and using a few bobby pins in a total of 40 minutes, I do feel like the charge was a bit much.

Best Hair Salon.
I just want everyone to know what a great Salon 1258 is, they really know how to cut hair, the owner works hard to be sure all this staff is tranined. They go the extra yard to insure they customers are pleased.
It appears to be that whom ever is not pleased would be having either PMS or there own bad hair day!

This salon does not belong in Menlo Park, beware of the quality issues!.
I went to this salon because of the reviews and I was extremely disappointed at the cheap way they ran this place. They were running out of proper colors and materials and mixing the wrong things and made several disasters while I was there waiting. Their focus on collecting the most money for the least cost astonished me. Their instruments and towels were not washed and stained. The quality of the hair cut was like a $25 cut at a local kid shop while charging $125. This salon doesn't belong in this area. My first time and last time there.
