I needed a fun, team building event for nine coworkers/my bosses on a business trip to San Francisco. Hands On Gourmet was dilligent, accomodating, willing to customize everything to our specifications and everyone had a great time.

Hands On Gourmet hosted our office party. and i have to say it was fun. at first i was a little skeptical, but after a couple of glasses of wine i was having a blast learning how to make sushi.

i had always wondered what the big deal is with sushi chefs, i mean it's raw fish.

Chef Arnelle put me straight!

afterwards, we gorged on fish... it was awesome.
