Great service. My roommate and I got an entertainment stand from here. The owner was very nice on the phone and I really appreciated the great customer service. Their delivery guy also delivered right on time, so I did not have to wait around during a four hour window or anything. He said 2pm and that is exactly when he arrived. After I unpacked the piece I noticed it was a little banged up, so they refunded the delivery fee which I really appreciated. The stand is a super nice piece and I am very happy with it.

Better than IKEA. Now I don't have to schlep all the way to IKEA anymore for a good value on great looking furniture. Great service, on time delivery and reasonable prices.

Good recommendation!. My friend Kara highly recommended this place so I had to check it out. I ended up getting a beutiful dining set for half as much as I've seen advertised at Maycs. Plus the delivery guys set it up! I always worry about things coming all scratched up, but everything was just as it was in the store, smelling brand new and not a scratch, believe me, I checked. Thanks Kara!

Great Service!. When I bother to create an account on Citysearch to give a store a good review, they deserve it. I want to thank Tim for all the time he spent with me. Even when the store became busy, he would maybe stop for a second to refer another customer to a different sales person, but would turn right back to me and he walked me through my mattress purchase every step of the way. I’m sending some friends to your store and they’ll be asking for you!

Good things come to those who wait. Urban Loft was really busy the other day, so I had to wait a while

for a sales person to help me out. I eventually ended up getting

my leaning ladder bookcase. It’s all set up now and all my books

fit perfectly. Saved about $79 off a similar set at Crate and Barrel. Good things come to those who wait.

A big thank you!. I just want to write a big thank you to Danielle and Ahmed! You guys were awesome helping me pick out my dining room chairs.

To those reading this review, my old Room and Board dining room chairs were so used up from my many dinner parties - I love to entertain, well and my kitty cats may have done some damage as well.

I went to Room and Board and they had a fabulous selection, but in this economy I was a little reluctant to pay that much again, so I read about Urban Loft on Yelp and went over there, to find Danielle whom I bonded with right away. Anyway, we found the perfect leather dining room chairs I have always wanted at less than half the price at R&B and Danielle told me how to take care of them for many years to come and even of this spray I can use to keep my cats away!

Thank you guys so much. Delivery was top notch. Came next day as promised for a soiree I was hosting and life is good.

Will I go there again, you ask?! Yes, definitely!

Luxury and quality at a great price. I just arranged all my new furniture from Urban Loft and I am extremely happy with my purchases. I walked in looking for a new coffee table and walked out ordering my new couch, mattress and bed frame and side tables. Prices are fantastic, and the quality superior. I'm so glad I walked in there. My home looks expensive now and nobody could guess how much money I saved. I just realized that I never did buy a coffee table. I'll have to go back for that this week. :)

Our first couch together. My boyfriend and I just moved in together and we were looking for "the couch." We'd been to several furniture stores and couldn't really agree on anything until a close friend of ours recommended Urban Loft. It's a little bit out of our price range, but once we saw the brown leather Havana Club Couch, we had to have it. We figured it's such good quality, it's a real long term investment.

The staff is super friendly. They weren't too pushy at all, let us try out every couch, answered all of our questions patiently.

I highly recommend them and once we've 'gulp' paid off the couch, we'll definitely come back for a dining room set probably ...

Excellent!. I came across Urban Loft by accident, and I don't regret walking in there. Tim was very helpful and helped me find a new memory foam mattress that had done wonders for my back and I also picked up a really nice dining table a few months later that all my friends love and always mention how nice it is when they're over. All in all, I highly recommend shopping here, they treat you like a person and give you great deals. What's there to beat about that?

Wish I could give ZERO stars- Don't shop here!. If I could, I would give this place ZERO stars!!! Do NOT shop here. My husband and I bought a dining room table and chairs a year and 3 months ago from Loft Living Outlet. A few weeks back, I got a phone call from the store saying that they had an accounting error and never transferred the money from American Express (how I originally paid for the items) into their account, even though I had a signed receipt from the store saying the transaction had gone through. I asked them how it is my issue that they have a crappy accounting department???? They didn't have an answer for that but basically accused me of having stolen merchandise in so many words. It was my bad, I will admit, for not realizing that the money never came out of my Amex account. We had just moved to SF and were making ton of big purchases at the time so that just slipped by me. But having a signed receipt saying I was all paid for, in full,, I thought was enough. Well apparently it wasn't. Instead of the store taking responsibility for THEIR error, they want me to pay for the table well over a year later!!!! I personally find this outrageous. So they don't submit me to creditors and try to screw up my good credit I allowed them to re-run my amex card but plan on amex launching a full investigation against the store as soon as the charge hits. Amex said it doesn't bode well for them that it is over a year later but we will see.
