If I could, I would give this place ZERO stars!!! Do NOT shop here. My husband and I bought a dining room table and chairs a year and 3 months ago from Loft Living Outlet. A few weeks back, I got a phone call from the store saying that they had an accounting error and never transferred the money from American Express (how I originally paid for the items) into their account, even though I had a signed receipt from the store saying the transaction had gone through. I asked them how it is my issue that they have a crappy accounting department???? They didn't have an answer for that but basically accused me of having stolen merchandise in so many words. It was my bad, I will admit, for not realizing that the money never came out of my Amex account. We had just moved to SF and were making ton of big purchases at the time so that just slipped by me. But having a signed receipt saying I was all paid for, in full,, I thought was enough. Well apparently it wasn't. Instead of the store taking responsibility for THEIR error, they want me to pay for the table well over a year later!!!! I personally find this outrageous. So they don't submit me to creditors and try to screw up my good credit I allowed them to re-run my amex card but plan on amex launching a full investigation against the store as soon as the charge hits. Amex said it doesn't bode well for them that it is over a year later but we will see.

Having just relocated to SF, I basically had to furnish my apartment from scratch - and on a budget. After checking out Ikea and other places, I stumbled across this showroom in SOMA - lucky for me! They have beautiful pieces that make sense(!) for us city dwellers' - hardly the schlocky junk that I saw at Ikea for around the same price. The whole process could not have been any easier: I found what I liked/needed (between pieces in the showroom and their catalogs), ordered them, and in a scant four days', everything was delivered to my apartment for a very reasonable fee. I saved a ton of dough, and have pieces that look pricey and substantial. Possibly one of SF's best kept secrets!
