This place is the best for taking off unwanted pounds with good health in mind The program is about nutrient dense foods with an emphasis on low or no glycemic index food. I've never felt better. The food store has plenty to choose from, or you can use your own food. Each person that I have worked with had a great deal of knowledge to share while reducing--information that I will take with me and use for years to come. I found the experience to worth every dollar spent.

- Cons: It's not cheep but worth the price
