Genius managed to erase all the data on my phone.
This has got to be the suckiest Apple Store around. Sad too because here I type using my giaganto Apple screen. i have an iphone. an apple laptop, etc, etc. I'm a real Apple victim as I even owned stock in the company a couple of years back.
I just want to say that I have issues with the company, that's one thing -- the issue with a particular employee at this store, that's the major issue.
I came in with a problem with my iphone. mainly that i dropped the bleeping thing and the screen cracked. a little under $300 later, the Apple Store Genius at this store (Genius, yeah right!) managed to erase all the data on my phone. ALL the BLEEPING data.
Watch out he doesn't do the same thing to you.
