MY experience has been an excellent one every time. Occasionally the line is a little long, but oh well. I am a photographer and I routinely send discs out to my clients through Union Post SF. Each time I do so, the process is simple and smooth. In addition, I've send packages, done the notary service, and witnessed several people get their passport photos. Also, I go there a few times each month for my rent money orders.

In all this, I have NEVER had bad service. Therefore, I would normally give such a business, one with no bad service, four stars. However, I'm giving five stars here because not only do they not mess up or are rude, they're extremely polite and know their business.

This business has a ton of various services... some I probably don't even know about, and yet everyone is trained well on each task and completes those tasks with a kind word and a friendly smile. Union Post SF, in my opinion, is a model for small businesses in the way they should interact with their customers.

NOTARY PUBLIC AND PASSPORT PHOTOS SERVICES ARE GREAT!. They have Notary on staff every day M-F 9-6 and even on Saturday 11-4. It's almost impossible to find a Notary Public in the Financial District of San Francisco on Saturday.

But this place is great.

I came here for my Canadian Passport photos as well after getting rejection of my Wallgreens pics. The guy knew exactly what was required and everything went super smooth.

Great prices and a wide variety of services.

The worst fingerprint service in San Francisco.. The guy named Feliks who works in the store verbally abused and lied to the customers. I had to go to this place to do fingerprints. I called first to verify business hours and went in according to their schedule. Feliks was in hurry to leave place even if it was more then 2 hours till store should be closed. So he started making reasons for not serving the customer. First he said that it's by appointment only. But I called and it was not appointment requirements. Then he said that service would cost me $65.00 cash even it should cost $45.00 according the phone info. Finally he was agree with $45.00 but said that I have to bring cash. When I pointed out that they should accept credit cards, he started verbally abuse me with the most dirties Russian swerving ( I understand Russian). He insist on cash only. He pushed me out of store. But he swear that he will serve me if I'll bring the cash. So I run to the bank to get cash and when I return in 5 minutes the store was closed by him with the hand maid note on the door that business is closed.
