I rented a video projector last minute
from NextArts for an art exhibit I helped host a few weeks ago. Tony was great! He was able to set us up with a nice projector for a bargain price. The projector worked perfect for our event.
I will definitely be using NextArts again for any of my future AV needs.
Called for a consultation after viewing their ad in the knot. Booked my consultation and was convinced that my fairy tale wedding was in the right hands. Tony Imperial and NextArts did not disappoint in the slightest. Every time I called with a concern, change or request it was taken care of immediately, and they always seemed to be a step ahead. Any equipment I needed was always available, from drape to lighting. When the big day finally came I not only had a great vendor I could trust had everything completely under control, but a friend I could trust and count on for support on my wedding day. Can't say enough good things, 5 star experience all around!
I was hosting an event and I needed to
rent a video projector ASAP. I emailed Tony, got a fast respone and he answered all my questions. When I picked up the projector he went over all the instructions about setting it up and taking it down. I was using the projector with a mac laptop and he had the exact cable I needed.
Compared to other projector rentals I checked out, this was a great deal for what I needed.
If I ever need to rent a projector again I will definitely give Tony a call!

My best friend got married in April and I helped with the decorations. NextArts did the drapery and lighting. It was such gorgeous silk drape on the doorways, and red carpet and velvet ropes.
Inside our colors were plum and white, with beads laced through the centerpieces. The light twinkled through the beads onto the tables. The set up was seamless and the room looked very, very romantic.

I am not from the San Francisco Bay Area. Our caterer suggested we talk to NextArts about lighting for our wedding reception. First off let me say, if you are on the fence about lighting rentals- go for it. Lighting makes all the difference in the world.
My fiance did the centerpieces and head table arrangements for our wedding reception. A week before our event the guys at NextArts called and asked if she had any photos. Now, what was truly amazing is what the crew at NextArts did with that. When we came into our reception hall at Fort Mason there was this huge artistic lighting themed to the photos, covering the entire wall!
Some people want to talk about equipment, but i say it's what you do with the equipment that counts. I can't say enough to convey just how great these guys were. NextArts had everything we needed. They did the audio rental for the outdoor portion of our wedding, held on the hill above Fort Mason, and they even rented us an lcd projector to go with the lights inside the reception.

When it comes to audio visual you don't want to go cheap. NextArts is by far the best choice out there.
We used NextArts for our recent company product launch and they did a great job! They provided audio, stage, lights, and drape for us.
The stage was scratchless, black and shinny. The drape was thick velour that blocked light and the lighting was fantastic. We also got wireless microphones from them and it was the best.
There are many choices in teh San Francisco Bay Area for A/V, I highly recomend NextArts.
