This is in regards to the Avoid Eric Ruxton Review. I have been a tenanant of Eric Ruxtons for the past 14 years or so.

I was home recovering from Hip surgery and the refridgerator went out and it was replaced the same day.

Eric knew that I was in a bit of a financial hardship when I got my hip replaced and he sat down and helped me with paying the rent, and gave me some time to get back on my feet. Not many Lanlords would do that!

I also had the Hot water heater go out late in the day once and it was replaced the next morning.

Eric has always been a gentleman with myself and my wife, never getting hot headed or rude.

I am glad the Eric Ruxton is our lanlord!

He is the best I have ever dealt with.
