TERRIBLE BUSINESS! Beware!. If I could give this business a negative number, I would. Boy do I have something to say about Nelly's. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I went here with my cousin for her wedding and we pruchased our bridesmaids dresses here as well. First and foremost, the selection is limited to begin with. Secondly, we placed our order, paid in full, and then weeks later nelly told us that the tops we orderded didn't exist in our colors. (Would have been nice to know before.) So we had to select something else (never having tried it on) and hope for the best. When we were there, Nelly recommended that we order our bridesmaids outfits two sizes larger than normal because "that designer tends to be small." Low and behold, when they came in a few weeks before the wedding, they were all HUGE! At least three sizes too big. When I personally toook mine, and my sisters, to have them altered, the cost of the alterations to have the dresses look somewhat decent cost more than the dresses themselves. Over $160! When we contacted Nelly's to see what they could do for us, they offerred nothing to compensate us, and by then it was too late to re-order smaller sizes. Lastly, and most obnoxious, Nelly NEVER called back my cousin (the bride) to discuss the situation. (By the way, she has another full-time job.) My cousin spoke many times with the woman that works in the shop and she repeatedly assurred her that Nelly would call her back but NEVER did. I will never recommend this business to anyone.

Waste of Time!. I was completely disappointed by this shop. There is a particular brand of dresses that I am looking for and the designer?s website said that Nelly?s carried them. When I called to make an appointment the person I spoke with assured me that they did carry this designer. Well, guess what? This shop didn?t have the dresses I was looking for, didn?t even carry the designer?s line. All they have is a bunch of ugly, cheap dresses that your best friend would hate you forever if you put her in it. If you love your sister?s and friends, DO NOT GO HERE. Ugly Cheap Dresses.
