Stay Away!. They simply don't get it. They do not deliver premium service for premium rates. Will always shift the blame for a dirty pool to the customer and then want to sell more services to correct situations than should have never occurred in the first place. Stay clear of Clearline Pool Service. I believe they are skimpy on chemicals and the service people are not properly trained nor do they take pride in their job.

i'm still waiting for these guys to fix my pool!. it's that time of year when i need the pool to be fixed! summer is here and i wanna swim and i haven't jumped in there for three weeks! this is ridiculous... i would love it if they called me back with an explanation or something, but they won't even do that! IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE READING THIS, CAN YOU REFER ME TO A REAL POOL SERVICE? i'm so hot with anger, i could jump in the pool and evaporate the whole thing =(

flaky. they clean the pool ok, but good luck getting a phone call returned. Poor follow up becomes a problem with these guys. Also, they jack the price of parts pretty bad. So for the money, you would expect better customer care, one would think. They haven't stolen anything or whatever, but when you pay huge rates like they charge, maybe they are every month.
