My order never arrived, and the store manager was very rude!. I paid $144.79 (delivery charges included) for a large size Berry Chocolate Bouquet for my parents' big 55th wedding anniversary on June 28, 2008, and the fruit arrangement never arrived ! In short, I paid $144.79 for a product & service that were NOT fulfilled.

I called the store shortly after the non-delivery mishap, and then followed it up with an email to let them know that my order never came. I was told by the store manager then, in both my phone conversation with her & in an email reply that I will be given a store credit that I can use anytime, without time constraint. On the email, I was even told that my next order will be upgraded from "large size" to "party size."

Yesterday, I emailed the store to tell them that I would like to avail of my store credit on January 16; I even forwarded my online receipt confirmation for my original order, along with the store's email reply giving me a store credit-- as proof. I never got a reply. I followed it up yesterday with a phone call, & the lady I spoke with (the store manager) was very abrupt, rude, and condescending! She was disinterested in what I have to say, and she gave me the impression that she was about to hang up in the middle of my explanation.

The least the manager should do if she won't honor my store credit, is at least credit back the $144.79 I paid for, since I never received the fruit arrangement I ordered. Edible Arrangements 436 in San Mateo has poor service, and even poorer customer service.

Editorial Review. National gift service provides a colorful alternative to flowers and candy by delivering edible fruit bouquets and fruit boxes.

A Perfect Addition. I ordered a bouquet for a co worker's retirement at work. The bouquet was delivered smelling so fragrantly, that we all started to eat the bouquet instead of the cake! It was delicious and beautiful. Great job!
