TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: I am writing this review for a friend. Her name is Kimberly. She is at war in Iraq right now and does not have computer access at this time. She placed an order with this company for her mother. She ordered her Mother’s Day gift from here. The gift was supposed to be delivered on 05/09/08. It never was delivered to her Mother's place of employment. Mother’s day was the 11th. The 12th then rolls around and Liz, the Mother of Kimmie is made aware that she was supposed to get a edible fruit basket for Mothers day, which she never received. She then contacte the appropriate franchise to check on the packege. She spoke to a lady on the phone that was quite rude & irate about the call being placed. She said she tried to call Kimmie Friday Am to make her aware of a substitution. She was unable to get a hold of Kimmie so she left a voicemail. Kimmie made her aware that she was at war in Iraq and would not be reachable. So from there, Liz contacted them and they said they would get the package out as soon as possible. She said family emergency came up so she couldn’t do it but didn’t make anyone aware of this until Liz called them. So with all said, Liz got the package it was 4 days late. They didn’t provide what was said. The basket looked good, the fruit wasn’t, it was very colorful, but no flavor or sweetness. IT dint come in a hello kitty cup as ordered, it didn’t come with the Hello Kitty Pinealpple heads, etc…. I wouldn’t recommend this franchise in Particular to anyone….
