Sushi Supremacy.
The vivid oriental ambiance was felt instantaneously from the moment I set myself inside to this atmosphere. The service was excellent in regards to the exigence hunger situation I was in. Oh~ the
food! The food was just IMPECCABLE~ I tasted the perfection in every bite.
PS: You get a free 1 hour parking too~…
Can't go wrong with Shima sushi!. Let me tell you... after a bite, I wanted MORE. It is absolutely divine! I love the sushi there. Other places doesn't compare to their taste. I love the rolls. My favorite are the ninja and heavenly roll and spicy tuna! The service is prompt and friendly. The ambiance is good too! My roommate and I go here all the time and it's also great because the sushi man conversates with you when you are sitting at the bar. The next time you go, they recognize you. That's is such a fabulous thing! What more can I say? I LOVE SHIMA!!…
super scrumptious sushi. i wasn't a huge sushi buff before i found shima sushi...but after i ate at the restaurant once i was hooked. all the rolls taste fresh and downright delicious. my favorite is definitely the ninja roll (i think i originally ordered it because i thought the name was really cool...) it's packed with delicious crab and shrimp tempura and then smothered in shima's special cream sauce. My other favorites are the island roll, the northstar role, and the spicy bomb (but it is reallllly spicy!)…
Friendly Staff, Great Value, Delicious Special Rolls!. I just watched the video for Shima Sushi in the Opera Plaza, and then read the reviews (especially the one by jane007...), and it sounds like an isolated incident to me. I have been to Shima at least two dozen times, and the fish is always VERY FRESH, the staff is courteous and takes care of their customers when they get busy with the lunch rush, and I have enjoyed many of the sushi menu items (their specialty rolls) but have not had much from the kitchen. I would recommend this restaurant to any of my friends, but I would tell them to avoid mid-lunch when nearby offices pop in for a 45 minute lunch break. Shima is NOT a food court. Check it out for yourself.…
