Cute shop. The staff is a motley collection of losers.
What a unsettling experiense to shop at this store. The staff hold court and passes judgement on all who enter. One particularly arrogant queen with de rigueur ultra-short hair and all balck ensemblage gave me the once over -- en haute en bas -- and then instead of asking if I wanted help resumed chatting up his collegue. The Asian attendant had the unmitigated temerity to ask if the watch I was contemplating purachsing was " . . for a man. a woman or you" And this is in San Franciso for Chrissake! Marc would cringe!

The accessible end of the cutting-edge designer's range of apparel and accessories..
This Fillmore District boutique is dedicated to all things Jacobs--without as much of a price tag. Men's, women's, and some children's fashions are offered, with the adult choices ranging from formal and office wear to lounge-ready casual. Scents, belts, fur and other hats, handbags, footwear and eyewear are also available. A table of colorful, plastic kitsch--lipstick pens, political buttons--reflects the New York City designer's trademark humor and sense of youthful irreverence.
