Horrible customer service.. Rude staff, were too busy talking to each other then to help us. Our food was delivered to the wrong table, then picked up and redelevered to us. Waitress never came back to ask how things were, food was horrible. Contacted management, but they never responded.

Editorial Review. Casual restaurant and bar features an eclectic menu of tuna wontons, Angus burgers, steaks, paninis, fish tacos and mashed cauliflower.

My new favorite place for drinks and food. Last Friday, for our usual girls night out, my crew and I went out to venture this new restautant.

Turns out, this place is GREAT for drinks and the food is superb.

We started with shrooms, which was soo good and hearty that we barely had room for our entrees! I had an apple martini. The best one I've ever had.. not too much alcohol so that it's sweet.. but just enough alcohol to make me warm and get a buzz. We had a choice of having a Long Island Ice Tea.. in a glass or a pitcher. HELLO PITCHER!!! And between the four of us.. we could barely finish that! Plus, we had a round of these mango (i forget the name) cocktail.. it was amazing!

For dinner, I had the potroast, which was soo moist everything from the veggies and beef melted in my mouth. My friends had the steak (yessir, the understand what "medium well" means), the chicken alfredo ( sauce soo tasty and chicken nice and moist). And for dessert, our sweet tooths and indecisiveness got us the mini's.. where we could chose a variety of desserts at $2.99 a piece OR 3 for like $8.

What was the best thing about Houlihan's? The food was wonderful but the service was the best!! Our waiter was kind, considerate and very attentive. He checked up on us, shared his ideas on which tasty things to eat and he gave that over the expected quality service that will make us go back again.

And ambience people... just because it's at the Holiday Inn in South Francisco.. don't be fooled. The decor is contemporary. The lighting is romantic... while over at the bar there are huge flat screens to check up what was going on with the 49er game! (23-14 SF!!! I'm FAITHFUL!!!)

I think this place will make all kinds of people happy.

Great new restaurant. The perfect sports bar/restaurant! Plenty of flatscreens, brand new place, great beer on tap. The burger and buffalo wings were tasty, and we loved happy hour.
