Great Weekday Brunch!!. I just went to Ziryab for their newly added breakfast and brunch menu for the weekdays! I was surprised to walk by and see them open during a weekday morning...So I went on in and had a wonderful experience! Not only do they have a nice outdoor patio (with a heat lamp), but they also offer free wireless! Great place to get some work done while enjoying delicious food and drinks. I had the Venezia crepe and it was delicious. They have so many interesting and good looking choices on the menu, so it was hard to choose. I also noticed their happy hour menu when I was there which offers great deals on selected items including shwarma wraps and flatbreads...Plus cheap beer and cocktails!! It would be an awesome place to hang out with friends and grab cheap snacks and drinks. I'm so excited that one of my faveorite dinner places is now open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch! AND happy hour!

Best Breakfast I've had in a long time. Not only do I love their large selection of middle eastern food but now I am so happy, because I am just finding out now that that they are open up every day for breakfast lunch and brunch. They have a wonderful selection of omlettes, crepes, benedictions and deserts. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Every thing came to the table really fast, which gave me allot of time to get to work. Last time there I had the mediteranean omlette and split a fritata and crepe with my friends on our way to work. It was so yummy and delightful we all decided to eat there again the next day and have their eggs florentine and the orangy french toast. It was so incredibly delicious. I wasn't so suprised to be informed by the waitress that they actually have a pastry chef in the kitchen. I plan allong with friends to make this our permanent breakfast/brunch place

Toking the shisha at outdoor tables after a repast of Mediterranean favorites is the main draw at this Divisadero eatery.. Aromatic smoke permeates the air on the front and back patios as patrons breathe in the fruits of ornately decorated hookahs and soak up the warmth emanating from the heat lamps above. Inside, yellow walls punctuated with faux stone arches flank wooden tables, where diners make their way through shared maza plates before settling on mesquite-grilled kebabs served over couscous and shawermas wrapped in lavash bread. Beer and wine selections complement the menu.

Ziryab-Excellent Mediterenean food AAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++. Alright, The first time I went to Ziryab................I LOVED IT!!!!!!!! Oh my goodness. Can you resist the aromas from within the restaurant? The smell of curry and many things smoked...........The patio stood out to me, the inside I couldnt help but smile and think "this is what I've been looking for". I am originally from San Francisco and I go to the city making this place one of my reasons. Here is why- (1) They play Arabic music even outside....a real plus for me. (2) I had the chicken on skewers with cuscous and a beer finishing it with turkish coffee. The meal was so good, I was silent throughout and thought can this be any more pleasant?. A very peaceful place to be, and the waitesses were so nice, very pretty and I met the owner as well. I highly recommend this restaurant, will tell as many as i can, always come back, and I encourage anyone to see what I mean. Sit outside on the patio, enjoy the aromas, enjoy the food, the atmosphere and meet the owner, he's very kind. Someone knows what they're doing here :) Also two blocks from Haight Street crossing Divisidero. A very enjoyable place to go.

I can never get someone live. Everytime I have called them during working hours, not one person has picked up the phone.....I have questions regarding the menu and do not want to drive down there only find out that it's not what I am looking for...

Worst Lunch Service EVER. The first time I went to eat lunch, service was VERY slow, the server forgot the appetizer AND one of the main courses. My boyfriend ended up splitting the main course because we didn't want to wait. She was apologetic and promised to comp a salad, then proceeded to forget to comp the salad, etc, etc. We decided to go back, give it a second chance, and service was worse than before. Nobody greeted us, we waited, the owners didn't get up to seat us, (they were sitting in the back eating), told us to sit anywhere. Then, the same waitress asked us to switch to a two top table (we were at a four in a completely EMPTY restaurant) so she wouldn't have to clear the plates. I'll never go back again. I can't imagine going there when it's busy, considering it was bad both times and we were the only ones in there.

Excellent food, great atmosphere, slow service. This place is a great find. The food is excellent and presented well. The chicken is all organic, which they call out prominently on the menu. We went in on a Saturday evening, and the place was pretty packed and stayed busy the entire time we were there. The only drawback was the service. There where only two servers and an expo for the whole place, so it sometimes took a little time to get a new beer, more bread, or the check. In spite of this, Ziryab is a great place to go, either just two people or a small group.

Nice find. We walked by this place one night and was pleasantly surprised to see a new restaurant, and with a big patio with heat lamps, rare in the city. Hookahs, even. We went back there for dinner before a show at the Independent and had a great dinner. Honestly, we didn't have high expectations and again was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there was super friendly. The Chicken Sumak was delicious. We will most definitelt go back and try some other things on the menu.

Great new place in NoPa!. What a surprise to find this place! I could smell the food across the street as soon as I got out of my car, and couldn't wait to taste their cuisine! The dishes were a bit different than I am used to (and I eat alot of middle eastern food)... but overall, I had a wonderful dinner. The service was fantastic and quick, and the owners are terrific. They just opened, so they are still fine tuning things, (and hopefully, their food will get even better!) The warm ambiance and good music made up for the mediocre cuisine.

User review by usfolks. Such a nice surprise to walk down the street and see this new place. It's beautifully done. The server was training and not so good but the food and the friendly owner and chefs will defiantely keep me coming back!!!!! The cucumber salad was not the usual one we excepted but I loved it!!!! Fresh squeezed oj hit the spot and the plate of olives was the perfect addition to our meal. Once they fine tune the service it will be the place to go!!!
