Did not quite fulfill my needs. The reason for my mediocre rating is not because I believe Nick's services are mediocre, but because I did not find it to be a good fit for me. I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology and was looking for launch my career with whatever I could get my hands with. I do not have too much work experience so my resume's not too flashy. I met with Nick and he spent about an hour on my resume. It seemed like there wasn't too much for him to work with and he was trying to turn (feces) into gold.

I appreciate the effort, but at the rate of $150/hour, I feel like I really didn't get enough out of the session. He offered me great tips on where to look for jobs but unfortunately I find most of that not relevant to me, probably because of my degree. I feel better about my resume now but unfortunately I feel his services were not a good fit for me - as someone with little experience. I think he's more suitable for people that are in finance, management or business related fields. I'd suggest give him a try if you're desperate.…

Inspiration and Insight. Career transitions often feel lonely and terrifying because you're going through giant changes when the rest of the world seems to just spin in place I'm no exception, and was looking for feedback on my career transition process. I hoped Nick could provide a seasoned perspective and help pinpoint my personal and professional strengths. When life gets confusing, wisdom and clarity are priceless.

An hour and a half with Nick was time well spent and we covered a lot of ground. Nick helped me inventory my personal and career skills gained over the last 20 years. At the same time he was patient, and in fact, encouraged me to reflect carefully on the achievements I feel most proud of. This was not a "fill in the blanks" kind of workshop, it was very interactive. Nick is bright, experienced, and thorough. He even identified some areas of mastery and focus that I had simply taken for granted. True to my expectations, Nick gave insightful and direct feedback, as well as generating some new ideas that I am currently pursuing with great success.

I will be coming back to Nick in 6 months for a check-up. He's a top-notch coach.
