I have been a client at Cosmetique for about a year and a half now and I could not be happier with my results! I have yet to have a single bad experience. The staff is extremely accommodating and so warm! I love coming in and I actually really look forward to my visits! I have been getting botox for about 7 years and I used to make the trek to a Beverly Hills Plastic sur. office for my injectables, when I found cosmetique randomly driving by one day. I walked in and the office manager expressed to me that they were really busy, but they would do their best to fit me in as a walk in client. I was quickly welcomed into the gorgeous and SUPER CLEAN (Really important to me!) spa. I was introduced to Dr. Sarshad who won me over within minutes... Honest and upfront about pricing and really diligent at what he does. Since that day of my initial visit, I have had everything from botox and juvaderm (Sp?) to the fraxel laser. It has been worth every penny and would recommend cosmetique to anyone venturing to try a new medspa! I was hesitant about the meter parking in front, but there is free parking available in the back!
Pros: So welcoming and fabulous results!
Cons: was apprehensive about spending that much on the laser package, but very happy I did!

I live in Venice, CA and made the mistake of trusting Cosmetique Med Spa because they are relatively close to me and I was tired of driving all the way to Beverly Hills, and I wanted to save some money as they were advertising a reduced price for Botox and Juvederm. Big mistake! I should have walked out when they tried to sell me some expensive facial cremes that I didn't need. "I'm sure this stuff would do wonders for my complexion, but I'm just here for Botox maintenance, thank you very much!" Anyway I was injected by a Dr (Sarshad ?, you have to check now-a-days, because many "cheap" places are using nonMDs to inject the Botox or fillers), and he seemed excellent as it barely hurt, and the next day I only had one small bruise by my left eye. I waited one and one half weeks and returned to complain that there was NO APPARENT RESULTs of the treatment. He wasn't there, but the nurse said that was impossible that I wouldn't have any effects. Also she claimed that they buy their Botox from Allergan and that it is the full strength nondiscounted product for use in the U.S., and she didn't understand why it didn't work. They said they couldn't refund my money, but that when Dr. Sarshad was available again he would do a touch-up (?redo?) and not charge me. I thought this was very fair. I returned and was re-injected, however, I'm not sure if it was a bad "batch" or I had developed a resistance to the botox, but NOTHING. ZIP. I looked like I hadn't even been treated. Knowing they don't refund money, and not wanting ANY more Botox injections there, I never went back, although I almost contested the charges on my credit card, but I figured for ~500 bucks it wasn't worth it. I guess it wasn't worth straying from my usual routine of driving to Beverly Hills for my Med Spa services. I was told there is a hologram on every bottle sold by Allergan to ensure authenticity along with an expiration date, which I insist on seeing now.
Pros: close location, nice setting, clean
Cons: Botox was ineffective, tried to upsell me expensive face cremes
