Actually, this store isn't as bad as the Stonestown location. That place is almost always full of people and the Geniuses too busy to think at all to be of any help.
I came into this store and I couldn't get the help I wanted from most of the geniuses either. All a sudden, this kind black dude genius asks me if I needed any help, and he fixed my iphone in 2 seconds.
My faith is restored in this store's ability to hire a very good and smart person, at least.

Great Shopping Experience

The place was packed with shoppers. So when I grabbed my wireless keyboard andmouse and got ready to stand in line, a store attendant pulls me to the side and processes the payment with a small credit card reader. He then grabs a bag, puts the stuff in it. And suggests that he send me the receipt by email which I found very convenient because this was a business purchase.
When I left the store, I realized that the attendant never asked for my email. But one day later, I open my gmail, and what do I see? The receipt!
Question: Where did they get the email from?
Answer: They linked my credit card with a previous purchase that I had made on the online store.
That's pretty smart. So for this flawless checkout experience I give them a five!
