this location is closed now, Thank God!! It was terrible as far as service went, always canceled apt's, i never once had the same technician people were always quitting, overall it was just bad. However I purchased a package that is pretty much a lifetime guarantee so i didnt want to just boycot the place and waste my money so i was persisitent and always went when i was supposed to even though every single one of the appointments would end up getting rescheduled - usually on the day of the apt itself- for another time. So so happy there is a new location with new employees that actually like working there!

this place is a huge chain so you don't feel special, but they get the job done and are pretty good about discounts when you buy the packages of treatments. Also they have a good referral program. If you're thinking about getting a laser treatment they're worth checking out.
Pros: packages - weekend apts - nice staff
Cons: cheesy decor
