Excellent products and service. I bought mine in Santa Clara, the floor I got was great and I was able to return my extra for a whole month. After looking around I could not find a quality floor at the same price!

I would recommend the company to any one looking for quality floor at a decent price!

BAD QUALITY PRODUCT and GREAT MISLEADING MARKETING. Visiting the store is a great experience but this is a very misleading marketing. The store doesn?t have real samples except several preassembled and glued pieces!

The product is such an exceptional bad quality that the pieces of laminate don't fit together. I couldn't install it and I have very experienced contractors doing the job.

I returned the product but the company is charging me 25% restocking fee plus twice the shipping fee.

Beware! This is a very bad quality product even the store looks great.

Easy breezy. I bought My floors in Santa Clara, The product I bought was engineered Ipe. The quality is great! The people were also very helpfull at the office I visited! I ordered more in order to avoid out of stock issues and i was able to return any extra for an entire month. no issues here. Im very happy. I recommend this monpany to ANYONE who is looking for good quality at a good price!

The whole experiance was EASY and we BREEZED through it!

Product is Second Grade; Customer Service Horrible. Really terrible product. And the customer service is just the NIGHTMARE you dont want to live through. Interacting with their customer service feels like being on the reality show where you are being setup and in the end you find out the other person is just being outrageous for the camera. But believe me, this is for real; NO JOKE. I bought their Genva-Loc laminate flooring for my entire house. Their price was indeed very attractive to buy the bulk. But you get what you pay for...the product was scratched/ nicked on about 35% boards out of the box...They say 5% manufacturing defect is industry standard. When I spoke to their customer service, they asked me to send pictures of the damaged boards...and then replied that from the picture the scratches look like smudges that can be wiped off !! And no one else has ever complained about this product. After my next several phone calls and emails I get back a email saying that their is no shipment on this product line and we would just have to wait

(indefinitely) to ..not to get replacements but TO OPEN THE CLAIM TO GET THE REPLACEMENTS.

I hope no one else has to be bait to this company. I dont understand how they are still in business. Its not worth the supposed savings to take a risk with this company and forgo your piece of mind.

Poor customer satisfaction. Beware of products from this store!!! I purchased and installed bamboo flooring from this store because they had the best prices in the Bay Area. Apparently, you get what you pay for!!! They pulled the classic sales bit on me: the salesperson quoted all sorts of specifications and promises about the quality of the floor, including specific performance claims about resistance to scratches and dents due to small pets. I bought their highest quality product, whcih is suppoased to have similar hardness to hardwoods. But a few weeks after installation, my floor is all scratched up and unbelievably dented from my small and medium sized dog. The General Manager says that the salesperson never made such claims to me, and they finally gave me a written copy of the warranty (not available at purchase time), that basically absolves them of any responsibility for any wear and tear. I have many friends who have installed bamboo floors, and none of them have performed as poorly as this flooring. So read the warranty carefully!! And notice that they use loose language on their website that implies complete customer satisfaction, but when it comes down to it they don't back their products. Get any promises in writing, because the salesperson told me many things about the quality, the warranty, and the stock-on-hand that were not true.
