my dog loves fog city lodge!!!. It is a wonderful facility with great care and freedom for the dogs. They are not caged or confined in small spaces. You can visit your dog on line on the puppy cam any time you like...totally up front operation...I LOVE IT!

My dog's vacation from me. My dog goes absolutely berserk when we turn the corner off Bayshore and charges out of my car and waits by the door to run in. The staff all seem to know him, and he comes home healthy and usually seems more fit. I have always gotten progress reports when I called and asked about him. They also know almost everything about him - his personality, eating habits, and even his poddy habits. I like being able to look in on him on the cam although I can't always see him. Sometimes the place smells pretty doggish, but it is a dog place... I think the fact that he almost knocks over their front desk to get in every time says it all. I have gone to 5 other places in town including some pretty pricey options, but this one meets all the right standards. Woof!

Fog City Dog Lodge - Peace of Mind. We've taken our dog ACE there about four times, and so far so good. They test your dog for agression and how sociable he is. Their questionnaire is thorough regarding your dogs behaviorial quirks.I've actually seen them turn down dogs that were not well trained and refer them to private caretakers. They take all breeds if they are well trained and good dogs which is great for us because ACE is a pittbull. I love the webcam. When we are on vacation and check it out to see if we can see ACE we get all excited when he shows up on the screen. "THERE HE IS!" He gets excited when we take him there and especially loves the girls that work there.

Wonderful Pet Lodge. I take my pet to Fog City whenever I go out of town because the care takers are dedicated and commitmented to keep the dogs active. The only reason I wouldn't recommend Fog City is because I don't want it to become too popular.

not a clue!. this place is atrocious! my dog broke his toe while there, has a cast now for 8 weeks. they didn't give him any water so he was totally dehydrated and on top of that, their front desk staff of feminatzies give all womyn that prefer womyn the worst of stereotypical justifications.

don't think they'll last long.

BOOOO!!!. I took my dog to the Fog City in the Marina a few times. By the second time, he hated it there and did not want to go in. The place is way too small for the amount of dogs they pack into the dirty cement room. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Top Notch. The Lodge is open and airy and my dog loves it. The staff is fantastic. The dogs are allowed to play together all day. They walk the dogs twice a day during daycare, and if your dog is boarding they are walked 3 times a day. You can also see your dog on the doggycam. I have taken my dog to several facilites and while I have liked some of them also. This is far and away my favorite!

Editorial Review by Nina Weiss. Doggie day care and boarding houses in the Marina and Bernal Heights provide a safe environment with playtime and exercise.
