Best salon in the entire bay area. Wendy has a great staff. They are all very knowledgable and friendly. It's fun to get my hair done at Wendy's salon. Any questions I have about my hair are answered in a friendly and professional way. I would highly recomment Wendy's salon to all my friends and family.

Fabulous salon, right in Novato!. This is a fabulous salon! I have extremely curly hair and it is so hard to find stylists who are comfortable working with me. Wendy makes it seem easy, and I get a fabulous cut and highlights every time. I'm told that the other stylists are equally talented with hair of all textures. They carry a full line of Bumble & Bumble hair products and Bare Escentuals makeup.

Awesome cut and color experts....full service salon. How happy was I to find a top salon in my neighborhood. Wendy Coles is like a salon on Maiden Lane but easy parking. Beautiful, clean and friendly salon with all the best Bumble and Bumble products in the lobby. Kimbria has been doing my cuts and color for many months and I have never had so many compliments on my hair. She is fun, hip and friendly. I love going to my hair appointments and always have a great time.

I started visiting their facialist and love her relaxing facials. Hillary is knowledgeable and knows how to pamper you. She also is an expert make up artist and I love that they carry the full line of Bare Minerals.

You will love Wendy Coles!!!!

I decided not to trust the young stylist. I was a first time caller asking for a cut and color. I have a need to correct the color of my hair, to return to my natural color and get rid of my highlights. The person on the phone said she had a stylist available in 15 minutes and I agreed. I was ready to hang up the phone and gather my things to visit the salon when she asked for my credit card number to hold the reservation. She kept saying that it was a standard in the industry. I felt very pressured. I declined giving my credit card number due to the unfamiliarity of who she was and having no prior relationship I didn't feel it right to give it to her. What surprised me was that it became a point of discussion. When we finally agreed that I would not give her my cc card, I headed for the salon. I was surprised again when I was met by a very young stylist for my appointment. No one else was there - the original person I talked to was gone as well. This stylist seemed to be just 21. Very young looking. She didn't have much of a personality as she was quiet and didn't do much talking to welcome me as a first time customer. I sat in the chair and when I asked her about her thoughts, she talked about highlights. She quoted me a two color process totaling over $200 and I didn't even ask about a cut. I immediately stood up and ended the visit. I was not about to spend the exact amount at a find salon in San Francisco with an inexperienced, very young stylist who couldn't explain what the heck cost so much to match my natural color hair. I don't have rainbow colors in my hair! I'm giving a below average rating based on my experience and customer service. Thank goodness I didn't give her my credit card number.

BEST salon in Marin!. This salon is awesome! It is so warm and welcoming, and everyone from the owner, Wendy, to my stylist, Kathy, was so nice! This is the first time that I have found a salon that is so nice and high end, but with people who are down-to-earth. You can tell they all truly like each other there and work as a team.

My stylist, Kathy, is awesome! I've been to her twice so far - the first time she had to fix this horrible color and haircut from the last place I went to, and she did such a great job, especially with what she had to work with - yuck. She was so informative and really taught me about the process of color correction, what to expect etc. I've never had someone explain things the way she does! My cut, color and highlights are awesome, and she's so sweet and hilarious. We laugh the entire time! When I looked around me everyone was doing beautiful hair, so I think no matter who you go to you will be very pleased. I LOVE, love, love the Schwarzkopf shampoo & conditioner and the Bumble and Bumble styling products! AND you earn reward points. This place rocks!

Best place to hit Novato!!!. Nicole has opened quite a nice salon here in downtown Novato. Thankfully we have a place to get quality color and cut without having to go to SF. I highly recommend this salon for color and haircuts. Days and times are flexible and it's so nice to be able to email appointment requests instead of playing phone tag!
