In Short
Although the décor is spare, cute merchandise brightens up this Mission storefront. Japanophiles collect knickknacks like bug-eyed puppy stickers, chopstick pencils, lollipop candles and sushi-shaped erasers. Edible goodies include strawberry-dipped Pocky sticks and exotic fruit-flavored gummy candies, as well as savory shrimp chips, wasabi rice crackers and house-made curry fish balls. Bottled green teas and carbonated milk drinks quench thirst, as do made-to-order bubble teas in flavors like Arabian jasmine and Vietnamese iced coffee.
