Very pleasant experience. James is an extremely patient and helpful guy! One thing that particualrly impressed

me was that he suggested the cheaper plan over the expensive plan, and showed me how the savings per month made more economical sense over the extra benefits the more expensive plan would provide. Great agent, easy to work with, very smart, and patient!

very misleading information. While James was quite helpful in reviewing and applying for insurance, when I actually tried to use my Blue Shield insurance for the covered well person check up, it turns out that in tiny print, or in implication but not stated, that it covers much less then I was led to believe. I think James himself didn't understand what was covered and what wasn't. So in the end I have paid more to get insurance that covered at least one visit before meeting my high deductible, only to learn that it only covers a very small portion of the expenses. I would expect an insurance agent to be able to accurately describe the insurance, not to be misleading from ignorance. Worse would be if it was on purpose, but I doubt it.

When all was lost, there was Milber Insurance!. After two agents told me I would be unable to obtain health insurance due to health history, I gave up looking until my friend told me to call Milber Insurance. I'd have to say I was realllly impressed with the attention they gave me--- they called a bunch of insurance companies for me and found one that would accept me (Aetna), and I have a health plan now! woohoo! No longer do I have to stay indoors in fear of getting injured and not being able to pay for it :)

Good selection, good prices, good service!. I talked to two other agents before I called this agency. These guys, by far, got us the best prices pound for pound for health insurance. The agent there was a nice guy, and I feel like he genuinely tried to help me instead of sell me the most expensive plan like other agents. I recommend anyone looking for health insurance give him a call.

Thank you Milber Insurance!. I recommended this agency to all my friends. James is an educated, helpful, and friendly agent who really knows his @$!% He saved me and my wife lots over $2000/year by moving us from my company plan to Health Net, helped my boss get cheap Workers Comp insurance, and found insurance for my sister when 2 other agents said she would be denied. I'd recommend this agency to anyone, thank you James!

Extremely Impressed. I found a mentioning of Milber Insurance on craigslist boasting great things and I decided to call them about my insurance needs. I am a very picky person and I don't want to spend much money on health insurance, so I was curious to see how well they would deal with me.

I was thoroughly impressed. The agent was very helpful and considerate and helped me sort through all my options, which were many. He went out of his way to help me and stayed on the phone even through dinner time. Although we had not settled on a plan, he set an appointment to come meet with me and show me personally the options available to me.

I could not ask for more from an insurance agent.

What an excellent insurance agency!. I didn't really know about health insurance before I called this agency, but they were very friendly and extremely helpful. All of my questions were answered quickly. My husband and I have a great insurance plan from Blue Cross now! --- Thank you James! I recommend this agency to anyone!
