Awesome Boutique. One of the most amazing boutiques in San Francisco! Always feel warm and welcome when I go in there. Knowledgeable and friendly staff!! Not to mention an awesome selection of high quality designer duds! Highly recommended!!

Cute clothes, crummy service. Very cute clothes, but horrible service. I bought a darling Theory top which developed a hole after its first washing in a delicates bag. I went back to Nicolette to see what they could do, and received a condescending explanation about how boutiques cannot possibly accept returns, and how I should shop at a department store since their return policies are more flexible. I almost always shop at boutiques, and I have never had such an encounter in a store. This is my first time writing a negative review and I do so to share my very unpleasant experience. Needless to say, I will not be shopping there again!

Great find in Presidio Heights!. Great boutique with high end brands, colors and styles. I was very impressed with the choices i had starting with a cute pair of spring pants. I love when you can mix-match tops and jackets to pants and have a new wardrobe in one hour. I will be shopping here A LOT!

This store has it all!. Nicolette has to be one of my favorite boutiques! She, Nicole the owner is super friendly and will help you find the perfect outfit for any occasion. The other gals I?ve had help me are also really nice and helpful. You can?t get bad customer service here. I got my favorite purse there. Its a hard to find brand called Kale and cant wait for the spring line to come out, so i can get another one.

Nicolette carries the best lines and the owner is an amazing lady!. I've been shopping at Nicolette since it opened a year or so ago and I love it! They carry all my favorite lines and the owner has a real knack for finding unique lines that I can't find in other stores, too (her jewelry collection is to die for). The owner is also incredibly sweet. She always has a smile on her face when I come in and by the time I leave I have one on my own, as well! If there's anything I need she always takes great care of me. Whenever I want an outfit for the weekend, for work, or for an event, I go to Nicolette. If you want to have a great day of shopping, I highly recommend taking a trip to Nicolette!

Customer service is terrible. Brands are those carried at Macy's... like BCBG (ugh).. People shop at boutiques because they want unique merchandise with personal service, unfortunately this place doesn't offer either one. The bulk of the clothing are from BCBG and Theory. I also found pieces from C and C California, but these are all brands you can pick up at Macy's (Macy's will also have a larger selection) and actually just about anywhere else. I found a cream Theory cashmere top that was selling at full price at Nicolette, mixed in with new fall items. This is the same summer/spring top that went on sale more than two months ago at both Macy's and Neiman Marcus last call (I remember trying it on!). Perhaps they're desperate to stretch their $$$ but this isn't the way to do it! The buyer seems to be missing the discerning eye needed for boutique fashion and I wonder if this store will stay open for very long, given the sophisticated client that shops on Sacramento St. This store would probably do better in a small town or somewhere like Kansas or Iowa where the shopper isn't as fashion forward. The strange thing about this store is the buyer, a cute blonde woman who is always fashionably dressed! Go figure??? However, she's not very friendly or sharp. This is a good place to shop if you love the clothing at Macy's but find the vast selection overwhelming. However, if you're looking for unique items or something a little special I'd try Beau or The Grocery Store. Both are just down the street... and the customer service is great at the two stores.

Beautiful cuts with modern touches mark these divine women's separates.. In Short
Well-made, high-quality pieces at this upscale Presidio Heights boutique include outerwear, tops, pants and skirts from Mason, Vince, Theory, Milly and others, as well as Hudson and Paper denim. Styles are elegant with a contemporary edge--perfect for young professionals and the chic neighborhood set. Handbags by local designers Jennifer and Leslie Kale grace the shelves, as well as a colorful selection of jewelry by Bay Area artists.

Classic with an edge!!. I think the merchandise is very classic but with an edge.

You can find some everyday must haves and then jazz it up with

a fun trendy piece.

Good Shopping!!
