Best Service in the World!. I have enjoyed excellent service from Laundry Locker for some time now, but it was recently put to the real test. Inadvertently my dry cleaning order got misplaced, and they spent hours, even on off-hours, to finally locate it for me. They handled my anger about it professionally and kindly, and they came through in the most professional, appropriate and right way! These guys are the best!

Consistently Good. Laundry Locker isn't perfect. No wash & fold service is, and if you haven't figured that out yet you're probably the type that gets all mad a lot. They are consistently on-time and as-requested, reasonably priced, efficient in communications, and have quickly resolved the only issue I ever had.

For a service that I interact with weekly, I can't think of a better recommendation than "consistently meets expectations and fixes it when they don't."

Great laundry service. Laundry Locker has been available in my apartment building for several years, but for some reason, I never tried it until a couple of months ago. I now use it all the time. It is well worth a little extra to have it sorted, washed, folded and shrink-wrapped in plastic without me lifting a finger. I put the clothes in the "locker" in my own apartment building and it magically returns clean the following day. What a great business and service!!!! Highly recommended!

Much better than the local dry cleaner!. Laundry Locker is so convenient. There are lockers in the parking garage at work so I just drop my laundry off when I get to work and pick it up when I get off of work the next day.

Reasonably priced and they always sew on my missing buttons!

Laundry Locker is simply the best!. The service is better than taking in your laundry to the Dry Cleaners! Its quick and easy. I LOVE it. Hands down for best service!

Love Laundry Locker!. Laundry Locker does a great job and it is so convenient! All I have to do is drop it off and it comes back clean and nicely folded. I love that I don't have to spend my day waiting at the laundry mat. It's a little more expensive, but I think it is worth it. Thanks Laundry Locker!

Reliable Dry Cleaner. After moving here from the east coast I was unsure which dry cleaner to use...so I went with Laundry Locker and after receiving my 1st order back it was done very neatly without any issues. I have been using them ever since I moved here and I will stick with them since I know they are quick and reliable. They also have great customer service and are willing to help. So overall, you cant go wrong here.

Simple laundry/dry cleaning solution!. It could not be any easier to use. Take the elevator to the basement. Put clothes in locker. Clothes returned next day. Dry cleaning comes back on hangers and laundry neatly folded.
