Most convenient way to do drycleaning/laundry. Laundry Locker solves the problem of trying to get home before the drycleaner closes or of wasting weekend time picking up and dropping of the cleaning. I simply leave my laundry with the apartment concierge, they pick it up and voila it's returned the next day. I can never smell chemicals on the clothes, everything has been done perfectly and I love that they recycle hangers and plastic. Just through them in the bag. Very well worth it and has removed 1 little hassle in my life.

Laundry Locker ROCKS. I am a recent resident to San Francisco in the past year from Los Angeles. One of the hassels of moving to a new city is finding just the right services to meet your needs. Well, not to worry. I have found the best dry cleaning and laundry service in San Franisco...Laundry Locker. They are the most efficient dry cleaning company I have ever encountered. terrible. got an e-mail notifying me that i somehow had 73 pounds of laundry that had been picked up, which would cost an exorbitant amount, i tried to cancel it instantly, but got no response from them until the next day, when they said it was too late..

the quality was fine, but the customer service is disappointing, and the quality didn't matter for the exorbitant price i paid for it despite trying my best to cancel it

laundry locker - great service. Great service. Excellent job with your clothes and prompt service. I use laundry locker for my dry cleaning. There is a location about 5 minutes from my house. I just drop it off in their locker, use their website to place the order, and then I get an email when my clothes are ready. They pick it up by the next day and return it the day after. It's an excellent service and their web interface is great - you can save all of your laundry preferences.

BEST LAUNDRY SERVICE IN SAN FRANCISCO. EASYIST WAY TO DEAL WITH LAUNDRY FOR A PERSON ON THE GO PICK UP AND DELIVERY CAN NOT BE BEAT PRICED RIGHT

Great laundry service. I have used this service many times and have nothing but great things to say. It's competitively priced with my local dry cleaners and I am always pleased with the cleanliness of my clothes. I have found laundry locker to be reliable, always meeting the timeline they outline, and very responsive to my specific cleaning requests.

Laundry Locker is great!. I love laundry locker. It is one of the best things I have found since moving to San Francisco from New York. The clothes are so clean, and the services are so reliable. It makes me life easier. I am never doing laundry again. All of the clothes are folded neatly. The packaging is also easily to handle; my favorite part is that laundry locker recycles the plastic they use. I am so glad I found out about it from my building manager. I can't imagine not using Laundry Locker. I am very happy and would suggest the service to anyone. The sevice is great for people with busy schedules who have trouble making time to do laundry...or for those who have ruined any article of clothing in the wash. My roommate uses laundry locker as well and is equally satisfied by the service. I know I will be a customer for a long time. Use laundry locker!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. "RUDE!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My boyfriend and I just moved to San Francisco and we had to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks before our lease started. I looked up laundry services and saw that Laundry Locker had great reviews. It fit the bill for what we needed at the time which was CONVENIENCE. We both have demanding work schedules and the idea of drop off and pick up at any time at the 24/7 Kiosk location was appealing. Well, we went to pick up our laundry and for 3 days we could not get in because the card scan was not working. It got to be the weekend and the office was closed so we couldn't get to speak with anyone until Monday. We had to spend money on buying undergarments to hold us over. When we finally got someone on the phone the attendant was rude and would not refund us any money for our inconvenience. We were told that it was not their problem and that the owner would not care about our issue. Poor Customer Service!!! Inconsiderate!! Rude!!"

Great service. I was a little weary of not doing my dry cleaning in person, but they do a really good job and have been very consistent with getting my items back to me in a timely fashion. And, I love that they email me when they pick up my order and when they drop it off. Easy.
