I've had Shawn work on my 97 E420 several times, and I can say without hesitation that I no longer dread getting my car fixed, wondering what the dealer is going to take me for this time. From oil changes, to dead batteries, to broken windows. He does it all. Not only is he a very friendly and easy going, him coming to me is unbelievably convenient. I do NOT miss going to the local MB dealer. Thanks Shawn!

Called for a quote after previous experience with a dealer cost me an arm and a leg. Price was exact, service was fast, came home to do the job and came back to bring a missing spare part. Friendly, courteous, professional and true to his word. Shawn knows his MBs and charges reasonable prices. Well worth considering for repairs or maintenance without any hassle or extra costs.
Pros: Came home to do the repair. Kept me aware of a schedule change.
