Nice positive energy. I was having tough time at the office and due to so much exertion I had a severe cold & cough. During the break, one of my friends took me to Leland and the tea was so soothing and refreshing. Devonshire cream made it all the more delicious, though my friend advised me against it for it might harm me but the wonderful smell of the tea leaves made me forget everything. The tea gave me some positive energy and I was able to complete my day?s work. What a relief!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Knowing nothing about tea besides that I like it, I was a bit overwhelmed when asked to pick one out, but the gentleman behind the counter (owner?) looked at me and immediately summed up my tastes without even asking me. It was amazing as was his selection. He was so friendly as was the woman behind the counter-I think she was his mom. It's so refreshing to find a nice family business that still cares about customers.

My favorite oasis. Since I work around the block, the Leland Tea Company has become my favorite little escape in the city. Will, the owner and master of Tea blends, is the sweetest man on earth and he makes his teas with 100% love! He's made his business the warmest and most comforting place to hang out with amazing tea and great lunch bites too. And his Coco Blanc blend rocks my world!

Beautiful tea and atmosphere. Great service, always prompt. No reservations needed. Tea selection is varied and staff is informative about tea choices, caffine content etc. Bathroom is clean and organized.

Great teas, ambiance and outstanding service. Wonderful tea selection we had cookies and madeleines, delicious. The ambiance is wonderful, very clean but warm. The host was very attentive and helpful. Will come back often.

First Stop Tea Shop. I love the ambiance. It is familiar, soothing, and conducive to long talks over a warm pot of tea. The owners are friendly, inviting, and pleasantly charming. My first impression was that it is absolutely fabulous!

Love this place!. This place is so much fun, the tea is tasty (love the bingo bango mango), the food is fantastic and the staff is super nice, especially the owner.

Great place to meet the girls for a late lunch.

Love the hand painted tables, walls, etc.

Exactly what the neighborhood needed. Leland Tea Company is well worth a visit. They have just about every tea you can imagine and will let you mix loose leaf teas to create your own blend. The owner is extremely friendly and has created a really nice, relaxing ambiance. The tea services with food are the best deals. Unlike other places in the area, they offer FREE wi-fi. They also host special events and cater. Don't expect a cup of coffee though - they are seriously dedicated to tea! Just what this neighborhood was missing.
