Fast Results!. Everyone here is so nice! I came in for help with my acne and noticed a difference after just one deep pore facial! Although there is no pressure to buy, they do offer great skin products that you should try out

In addition to facials, they also offer waxing services. Nai did a GREAT job on my eyebrows.

Best spa and body treatment. I was in the city for the summer and decided to treat myself with an ionithermie detox treatment. I lost almost 8 inches in the first treatment. I almost didn't recognize myself! The spa was interested in what I wanted, not what they could sell me. The personal care and professional concern was a wonderful experience. I can't wait to go back to see them again. I highly recommend this beautiful spa and its staff to anyone.

Excellent Spa Services!. There are so many wonderful things about Caramella Spa that I don't even know where to begin. When the new year started (2006) I was determined to find a quality salon for the main purpose of improving my skin. I am very picky when it comes to facials, as all women should be when it concerns skin maintenance. The great reviews you read about Caramella are all true--Mirianna and Angela provide impeccably knowledgable and professional services tailored to each individual. I had tried so many products and seen dermatologists who promised to smooth away acne and resurface the skin, only to be disappointed and frustrated with the results. After just one session with Angela, I was sure that I had chosen the right place to go to. And after a few weeks, the results were so astounding that my friends were asking me what was going on in my life--had I fallen in love? Had I gone on vacation? No, I had just found a wonderful salon to go to and I was having a great time too. I enjoy every minute that I am there. Mirianna, Angela, and Klarissa are classy, warm, intelligent women who really care about their clients. My skin looks amazing and I've developed genuine friendships that I look forward to continuing in the future. Caramella doesn't miss a thing--from the lovely decor, to their tasty teas and refreshments, and innovative, personalized services, everything about Caramella is a success!

great place.. I had a great success with this spa. spa owner really gives you personal attention and excellent attention. I liked it so much, I got a package of facials and got a bonus free treatment. I am happy with the results and service. would recommend it.

Where has Caramella been all my life?. This tucked away spa on Kearny Street near Union Square is a hidden gem offering customized skincare with the friendliest service around and most importantly, the most beautiful results! After being discouraged from years of experimenting with expensive treatments and prescriptions that never seemed to improve my skin, I consulted with the folks at Caramella who encouraged me to let Angela take a stab at addressing my skincare challenges (Sun damage, adult blemishes, post-acne scars, fine lines).....With a course of microdermabrasion treatments combined with custom facials, Angela's technique and expertise has singlehandedly transformed my skin's texture, clarity, and tone where no dermatologist or spa has been able to succeed before! Additionally, they have recommended great products for my skin, with no push to purchase anything. That said, once you experience your first treatment at Caramella, you won't be thinking about the investment. You'll be celebrating the results!

Ionithermie is amazing!. I had no idea what Ionithermie was at first but I did know that I wanted to try to get rid of some of my cellulite before my honeymoon. I've been three times and my pants are looser! I've also been eating healthy and working out but this treatment really worked to help shrink my buns and thighs. We'll see how long it lasts but it's been GREAT so far - I wish I knew about this before the wedding. Everyone there is so friendly and sweet too. Try Ionithermie!

facials that work. I love the way my skin looks now. Most effective facial I ever had. She will customize facials to meet your needs. Very nice place too - small, relaxing, legant. I felt like I am a total VIP. When does that happen for under $100? Great service!
