Mean Service. I had a simple question for the woman helping me and she treated me like a 2 year old. The desserts are wonderful but not worth the abuse. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Employee with SERIOUSLY bad attitude. I expected this cute gelato, chocolate and baked good store to be a nice place to grab a quick dessert, but was I ever wrong. When we inquired about one of the items in the case, we were greeted with seriously bad attitude from the young woman behind the counter. She seemed very miffed that we made her get up from her book to help a customer. When asked about an item in the case, she answered in a nasty and condesending tone. I left very angry and won't be back. I hope the owner of this establishment does better hiring help in the future, or Belgano will be short lived.…
