Fans of Britpop, new wave, synth, '60s soul and mod musical styles flock to this cavernous club for their weekly dose of independent noise. Relatively cheap tickets and consistently solid acts draw a loyal following of hipsters, indie scenesters and young'uns just happy to be allowed inside. On nights without scheduled live bands, resident DJs Aaron Axelsen, Disco Shawn and Nako regale the crowd with a bevy of gritty, danceable tracks ranging from the British classics to 90s indie anthems.
