This intimate spa housed at the top of the ultrasophisticated Hotel Vitale combines fresh, seasonal services with sparkling views of the Embarcadero, Ferry Building and Bay waters. The space features three treatment rooms--two with enormous windows--and a sunny yoga studio with an adjoining outdoor heated patio. We did the couples instruction followed by side-by-side massages. Very good all around. Marty was exceptional and my spouse said it was one of the best massages he has ever had...we have masssages about 1X per month so that is quite an accomplishment.
Pros: Great massage, multi-type massage tailored to you.
Cons: The ambiance of the spa is not the best. But the end product is excellent.

I had heard some interesting things about this spa and was somewhat let down after visiting. It's a nice location with pretty views but i wasn't impressed with the facial i received. May be worth another shot just to see if I had a bad experience, but wouldn't recommend it.
