so so. I had heard some interesting things about this spa and was somewhat let down after visiting. It's a nice location with pretty views but i wasn't impressed with the facial i received. May be worth another shot just to see if I had a bad experience, but wouldn't recommend it.…
Great customer service.. a truly pleasant experience.. My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary by treating ourselves to the Bathing Ritual and Side by Side Massage at Spa Vitale. Not only were the treatments heavenly, but the impeccable and pleasant customer service we received was what made the experience truly memorable. Now days with so many "highly rated" businesses being snooty and providing nothing but poor customer service, the staffs at Spa Vitale serve as an example of what "good business" is all about. We would definitely go back again.…
