An unexpectedly chic and sultry bar nestled in a SoMa alley.. The Scene
This urban bungalow features a blend of industrial touches, like exposed brick walls and vaulted ceilings, warmed up with sexy dim lighting, a leather-padded bar with matching stools and large kitschy paintings of dogs. Tall tropical plants serve as organic dividers between groupings of leather ottomans. The projected vintage or surfer flicks above the door are a nice ambient touch. The owners have been in the industry for a while, so the crowd includes fellow club managers and bartenders mingling with hipsters and SoMa workers.

The Draw
The bar staff is fanatical about cocktails, so it's a pleasure to work one's way through the menu of concoctions, in addition to letting them make special recommendations of liquors from the "floating" bar shelves. The Cherrybomb, a martini made with Effen Black Cherry Vanilla vodka, sugar and grenadine, is especially seductive. Although the environment is sleek, it's refreshingly unpretentious.

A gem in an already great neighborhood. Truly a great gem in the heart of the SOMA district. Leave your tie at the office along with the attitude at the door. The bartenders make you feel right at home in this comfy yet hipster environment so you don't feel like your at Cheers, but you kinda are...

Great new place. I agree with all the other reviewers. This place is awesome and it is the place for happy hour in the city. Also the cocktail waitress is unbelievably hot, and I mean unbelievably hot. Definitely have to check it out.

Great Place!!. Great happy hour, FANTASTIC staff! I met some friends here after work on a Thursday, it was a bit crowded, but still a chill atmosphere. I love this place!!

$2 beers!. not only does this place have GREAT atmosphere, good music, and nice bartenders-- beers are only $2 during happy hour! plus, they have goldfish crackers if you ask.

Chill after work drinks. Never too crowded, but never dead, this small but open space is a great place for drinks after work. Happy hour specials are a huge draw and the loungey atmosphere is a nice alternative to crowded pubs. It's hard to find a lounge like this that doesn't take itself too seriously. Nice bartenders.

Natoma Revival. The minute you step into this bar you are seduced by the warm lighting and old San Francisco brick architecture. The crowd is sophisticated and unpretentiousa true SF vibe. Most importantly, the drinks are well made and the bartenders are fun and talentedone of the best martini's ever! Definately a great place to meet people on the weekends or grab a midweek cocktail afterwork.

Try the Sweet Leilani.... Great spot for after-work cocktails, and the bartenders are great. There was no sign when we went, but I was told it's up now.
