NEVER Patronize This Establishment. Be warned. The second you walk into this store you have jumped in a tank with hungry sharks. The sales associates put on the hard press and force items in your face. If you are the least bit vulnerable to sales pressure - RESIST! Because if you don't - you have TWO DAYS to return the item for store credit only. Go beyond the two days and you have no option of exchange or store credit - you are stuck. I purchased an item on a Friday that in hindsight I did not like. I went back on Sunday - 2 days later - to exchange the purchase and found the store closed. Since I could not leave the office early during the week to get to the store before they close at 6:30, it was Saturday that I returned - 8 days later. The item was still in the bag, untouched since it was wrapped in the store and handed to me. I encountered the same young woman who helped me the last week and mentioned that I wanted to exchange my purchase - she became physically uncomfortable and whispered that she would "introduce me to her manager but had to stay out of it." I was confused. She behaved as though I was going into a lion's den. In fact the lion (more like big bear) slunk from a back room and met me at the counter while the sales associates cowered in the rear of the store for fear that the beast would sink her teeth in me. Her title should not be "store manager" but "enforcer." No reasoning. When I explained that I had attempted to return within the two day window but the store was closed she insisted I should have "shipped the return back to the store." Shipped the return? What? I live less than two miles away. Was she seriously suggesting that I overnight FedEx an item that they have stacks of in their store? In the end, I am stuck with an expensive item I don't want and they have lost a customer who will urge everyone I know NEVER to patronize this establishment.

Find daring European fashion, but not food, at this oddly named, ultrachic Laurel Heights boutique.. In Short
While other grocery stores provide edible nourishment, this retailer feeds the fashion-hungry with bold women's clothing, shoes and accessories from Paris, Milan and beyond. Racks of simple T-shirts, jeans and casual separates counterbalance a standout selection of get-you-noticed pieces. Sleek, steel-accented minimalist interiors complement offerings from Helmut Lang, Dolce & Gabbana, Miu Miu, Three Dot and Habitual. And unlike many local boutiques, this one is spacious enough to accommodate you and your "fashion consultant" friends.

User review by norcallight. This store has a great selection of unique designs, but be ready to pay a little extra for that. The staff is very friendly but maybe a bit overbearing in their help. Definitely check this location out and the other stores as well.

User review by kris_285. If you love the trendy/casual look, be prepared to spend the money. There's lots to see, so put plenty of quarters in the meter. I find the staff at this location to be a BIT pushy. If you can't handle their aggressive style there's always the more friendly staff at the Burlingame location. The merchandise is worth the drive!
