Over all just the best. from the moment you walk in it feels like home! the hole office make you feel as if your going to be ok and your in the right place! i go hear often and am verry happy with my BOTOX ect.! what they do for me and how they make me feel is out of this world, and yes i will always go back!

Don't miss the Union Street Med Spa!. This spa could compete with the best in the world! The staff are friendly, caring and professional. Sandy the owner goes the extra mile in every area of the spa, from great products to a soothing atmosphere. Maureen makes you feel comfortable and is very confident in every procedure she does. We all deserve to pamper ourselves - Check out the Union Street Med Spa - you will wish you did it a long time ago!!

Loving it!!!. I came to Union Street MedSpa slightly nervous about what to expect at at MedSpa as I have never been to one before. Everyone from the front desk to the friendly clinician who saw me were so inviting and really put me at ease. They educated me on all my options and I ended up getting a filler to get rid of the dark circles under my eyes. I had been told before that nothing could be done to improve this area. Not true! I look ten years younger and I feel great! I also got botox in my forehead which is also great. Couldn't be happier! Will be back for the IPL treatments! Thanks Union Street MedSpa!

Nice skincare packages, great staff. They have a great team, and Tricia in particular is very friendly and knowledgeable. She described their services and what to expect from treatments, but there was no strong sales push. I also like that they combine IPL, microdermabrasion and a skin care regimen into a complete package. My skin definitely looks better and is smoother and more even-toned. Plus, the location is great - it is on Union St, but on the edge of all the shopping/dining, so street parking is fairly easy. The ease of getting Saturday appointments is a definite plus as well.

Union Street Medspa - Owesome, Highly Recommended.. Union Street Medspa is a great experience; knowlegeable and kind staff; smooth experience. My skin is now smooth and soft. . I am going to come back - totally in love with this spa.

Sparkling clean, friendly and professional. Cleanest, friendliest and most professional of any spa I have visited. I highly recommend a few hours at Union Street Medspa for anyone who needs a confidence booster or just a little pampering. Dr. Morrow and her staff really know how to make you look- and feel- your best.

Great service and prices. It took me some time to find a place where I felt comfortable talking about getting some top secret stuff done - like laser hair removal (on my face!), botox (for premature smile lines and those worry lines!), and restylane (doesn't everyone like a little extra pout?). I did my research and visited all the Medspas in the Marina and one in North Beach. I'm Italian and back home, I would know just where to go. Here in SF, I had to visit a lot of places and do "consultations". I chose USMS because they were honest and not too pushy. Plus, they have a really nice staff who treat you in a very friendly and professional way. Yasmeen was sweet through all my treatments and didn't make me feel silly for being scared of needles! And btw, I look great! Thank you Yasmeen for my beautiful but not obvious pout!

Best Experience. I have been using there services for past couple of years. They have the best equiment and staff to offer spectacular results. My experience with the friendly and highly professional staff was amazing and the results I noticed in short period of time were highly satisfying. There is very minimum level of pain involved in laser hair removal process. You feel relaxed and comfortable during the treatments. The professional experience and care offered by the friendly staff makes you want go back for more....highly recommended

Best Skin ever. I got a few things at union street medspa. I got the Premier package, that had IPL and Microderms and Skin care products, I also go Botox and Juvederm and then I also got a facial. I think I am a regular now. But I have to say I have never looked better. I am getting married in a few weeks and I just finished my last facial and I have to say I am glowing. the staff is kind and attentive, they gave me follow up phone calls with every visit and really educated me on the treatments I was having. I dont feel I got pushed into buying anything.. I did bruise with the IPL but they said it could happen.. and to tell you the truth I am glad I did.. I have no more borken capillaries on my face. When I freaked out about the bruising they called me in and re-examined me and defiitely consoled me. and then we set up appointments to check my progress... I didnt need to go back to any of them because my brusing went down. They do amazing botox and actually talked me out of doing an areea that I didnt need. Once you go there, you really want to keep coming back.

the only bad point about the place is that sometimes parking is hard. But they even helped me out by giving me quarters for my car... so....
