This store sells inexpensive jewelry that is cheaply made. Unfortunately it has an incredibly rude sales person here. He follows you around screaming, acting as if you're a shoplifter. He yelled at my 14 year old daughter because she actually TOUCHED the jewelry to try it on. Nobody in the store could believe how rude he was. Other than that, the store isn't bad, but he makes it a miserable place to shop.

I was just casually walking down Haight, and stumbled into this jewlery store. There are literally thousands of things to choose from. Barrettes, a plethora of earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and even these super cute jewlery hangers to choose from! I was completely overwhelmed and did not know where to begin! I ended up putting way too much on my little basket, and realized I could max outa credit card on inexpensive sterling silver jewelry. Go here for ALL your jewelry needs!

I went there and paid with cash - did not get a receipt. I noticed an earring was broken and I went back 2 hrs later. The woman was EXTREMELY rude to me when I asked for an even exchange. I had to explain multiple times exactly what the customers before me had purchased and the exact change I got back from her - showing the contents of my wallet. She took the earring and tried to crazy glue the piece back on. I refused to take the broken/glued earring. Eventually the manager came to the register where they continued a conversation not in English. It is RUDE to communicate about my purchase in front of me without including me in the discussion. The manager agreed to let me have a replacement earring. I'll never shop there again.. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT
