In Short
This quaint, almost parlor-esque wine bar offers oenophiles a lovely, casual atmosphere in which to sip and sample. Set in a transformed nook of the old Fitzgerald Hotel (with a hidden alley entrance), the carpeted space is decorated in comfortable furniture, candles and fixtures reminiscent of an old English study. The real treat, of course, is the wine list, a carefully chosen selection of California varietals that "compete" each month against flights from select international regions.

Great wine list that changes monthly. Limited food choices. Great staff. Knowledgable owners. You see a rare tourist once in a while

This cozy wine bar is a great place to go on a gloomy day. When we went, the special was South African wine, which was spectacular. We and two wine flight (which had ample servings) and chose two cheeses to complement the wines (which came with bread and dried fruit). I definitely recommend this place.

Dave and Angela are the perfect hosts and do a great job with thier wine list for variety, price point and uniqueness. Its not a "see and to be seen" place, but a great place to kick back with chill friends and loved ones. Can't recommend enough...ENJOY!
