Deplorable customer service. Cute clothes here, but could not believe that the customer service was not up to par with the cost of the clothes. I bought a dress here that I absolutely adore, but they packaged up the wrong size for me. At the time, I didn't live here and it was a major hassle to get the right size. And when I asked them not to charge me for the shipping of the correct size, they gave me serious attitude!

Great Finds!. This shop has great unique pieces that you can't find anywhere else. The staff is extremley helpful also. I needed a special dress to go to an event and the girls helped me find the perfect dress!!! The store also has a great selection of sweaters and cute tops. The ambiance is really nice and comfortable and the sales staff is not pushy, but really helpful. Highly recommended!!

Horrible Customer Service. This place is the snootiest boutique in the Bay Area. I have never encountered worst customer service. The sales girls just sit around yapping to each other instead of helping customers. I have asked many other boutique lovers in the Marina and the opinion is consistant-- okay stock (but clothse that you can find in most boutiques in the City and at Nordstroms and Neimans), but the service is deplorable.
