The Scene
Comfy massage chairs and elegant furnishings supply an instant air of relaxation for those looking to unwind amidst the hustle and bustle of neighborhood cafes and shops. A tall ceiling, loft area, skylight and a wall of windows create a well-lit, open space. The creamy-hued decor of this French country setting makes for a cozy, clean and inviting look.
The Servcies
With an appealing variety of services, this urban oasis specializes in nail care. Patrons choose from basic mani/pedis or from a selection of tempting packages that incorporate fresh botanical ingredients. For an extensive pampering session, try the Sweet Almond Latte pedicure, which combines a warm milk bath with a hint of vanilla and rose petals, honey almond scrub, shea butter cream massage and paraffin treatment. Prices for basic nail services are roughly $10 more than standard salons -- you're paying for the ambiance, but expect standard service from technicians.
The Details
Manicure/pedicure, artificial nails, massage, facials, waxing, spa packages.

Insider Tips
Save TimeThe salon happily accepts walk-ins and has plenty of stations, but you can secure a spot by calling in advance. Day-of appointments, even on busy weekends, are fairly easy to book.
Know Before You GoGratuities are only accepted in cash. There's a $20 minimum for credit card transactions, and expect to use the plastic to reserve any service over $65. You can cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior with no repercussions, but the salon will charge in full if you flake without calling. Be on time: You're considered a "no-show" if you arrive more than 20 minutes late.

ZERO STARS RATING! I will NOT recommend to family, co-workers or friends. POOR customer service! For such a lavish area in the Bay area I would expect more out of a business on Santana Row. I bought $140 gift certificate for my brother and sister in law. They were told the certificate was used when it was not. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
Cons: Lack of Customer Service

I had avoided getting my first brazilian wax for quite some time because I had always been told that people bruise, and that it hurts. I received this recommendation from a friend of mine, who had the same fears as me. I decided to give it a go, and scheduled an appointment. Lonni was my esthetician and she was amazing. It only took her 10 minutes, and it was surprisingly comfortable. She is very friendly, very efficient, and extremely thorough. I haven't been quite the same since. If you want an amazing brazilian, go see Lonni!
Pros: Lonni
