NOT GOOD. Sent my old ring to John to remake on 11/24/08. I was suppose to get my ring on Christmas Eve. After many phone calls and promises, he said I will receive my new ring on 1/29/09. It's just a simple eternity band. I still have not received my ring today nor have I heard why there's another delay. I don't want to be mean but I was promised over and over. I was also asked to be understanding because of the holidays. Well, the holidays were over 1 month ago. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of professionalism in Diamond Design Co. The reason I decided to give them a try was from all the positive reviews I've read on their website as well as on yelp. I will NEVER do business with or recommend them to anyone I know.

Love the DDC for all my jewelry needs!. John built my engagement ring and both our bands a little over 2 years ago. My husband did extensive research and ended working with the DDC in person (not online - as we are in SF, CA). He was impressed with John because of his extensive knowledge and the gem machinery he uses (I'm not sure of the specifics, but know he is one of a few who has a certain machine). I just picked up my new/updated band - and eternity ring based on the Tiffany "Jazz Celebration" ring. John even went to Tiffany up the street to do some reconnaissance for me! It turned out perfectly (He did a wax mold which I approved) - I absolutely love it! I have already recommended DDC to all my friends and will definitely be back! (Already thinking about my diamond pendant!). Thanks!

Finest Quality, Prices unbeatable.. I bought my duet eterntiy ring from DDC and I can't tell you how awesome the experience was. The quality is comparable to Tiffany's but the price was the best to be found anywhere. The duet eterntiy ring is a double row of beautiful sparkling diamonds and so intricate... it's perfect. I highly recommend this jewelry company.

Five Star Service & Quality!. The diamond engagement ring crafted by DDC is absolutely gorgeous. I have also ordered the matching wedding band and anniversary band after seeing the engagement ring. I HIGHLY recommend Diamond Design Company. Excellent quality, product and Customer Service!!
