The person who came (sorry not sure of his name) was very nice and he did an excellent job. The next day we got an email asking for our feedback , we replied thanking them for a job well done,and told them that we will be using their services again .it was really nice of them to email and ask for feedback .

They came in around 1 hour late though they did call me twice to tell me that…well it was atleast nice of them to call and let me know that they will be coming in late..they came and finished their work very quickly and efficiently ….my rugs looks better. back to their original color….
