Didn't live up to the hype. My experience at Pinkie's wasn't horrible- I got a french pedicure- but I was expecting much more after hearing my friends hype up how luxurious it was. The massage was nice and there is definete ambiance here, but for $40 (not including tip) I can't say I was treated like a queen. They offer all the basic treatments and do a decent job, but more importantly the place is clean. I would return here again because there aren't very many nicer nail places in the area, just with fewer expectations.

pretty darn bad.... probably the worst mani and pedi in the area. I went prior to a vacation to have a mani and pedi. Although the shop was very nice, and the front desk staff was friendly, I was really disappointed. The techs were nice and all, but the massage for both the mani and pedi were short, the filing that was not straight for my mani and the pedi looked really sloppy. The tech that was doing my pedi even said "red is a hard color, and your pedi is to hard to do" and left a ton of polish on my cuticles and toes, and didn't even paint the toe nails all the way. I know this sounds strange, and honestly I was pretty surprised. Finally, the painted chipped on my toes and my mani oxidized - so my light pink turned black after 2 days of being on vacation. I will not go back.

nice ambience. if you're more into ambience then you'll like this place. spa chairs were comfy and place was inviting and relaxing to the eye and clean, but my massage was very short which was dissappointing. you have to get the $35 pedi to get a longer massage. the nail salong near my house gives a longer foot massage for cheaper. other then that this place is cute but result is the same as any other nail salon.

Burlingame Pinkies. First time at Pinkies! I liked their service on the phone and when I walked in, the place looked very pretty and had great ambiance to it. Very cheerful! Their prices were about the same as another place I go to, but the ambiance at Pinkies was much better. The technician was pleasant and did a good job on my mani and pedi. I would go again for my next mani and pedi.
