Owned by the same as famed Sakae in Burlingame, Yuzu has the same strengths without the hard-core sake afficionados. They carry superior quality fish, and great chefs on both the raw and cooked side. Daily specials are unusual dishes that regulars gobble up, and others may never get to eat in a U.S. restaurant. Staff are friendly and accomodating, for the best meal ask for the chef's recommendation for a combo of cooked and raw.
